Welding And Finish Options
A- Finish: Oxy-acetylene welded and plenished
Traditional oxy-acetylene welding for maximum durability, flexibility, and optimal gas flow. All welds are hand-flame welded and carefully planished (hammered) to smooth and round every seam, creating a seamless, high-quality finish with excellent fatigue resistance.
B- Finish: Oxy-acetylene welded, slug removed
Oxy-acetylene welded for strong, reliable construction and good flow characteristics. Slag is fully removed after welding. Welds are left as welded, without planishing, retaining a more functional and raw appearance.
C- Finish: TIG welded
TIG welded using modern precision welding technology. This finish offers clean, consistent welds and a technical appearance. Welds are not planished or mechanically finished after welding
