3 Finish Grades

Every exhaust is welded to the standard you specify. Each grade reflects a different combination of technique, finish quality, and gas flow performance. Price rage is €9 - €15 per weld

Material cost — straightforward and honest

All prices are labour only. Sheet metal is charged separately at cost, with no markup surprises. We work exclusively in DC-01 mild steel — the right choice for road bikes, classics, and custom builds. Motorcross and off-road exhausts are always built in the heavier 1.0 mm gauge. Typical price is €2 - €3,- per sheet metal segment.

What's included — and what you handle yourself

The service covers cutting and welding the laser-cut cones into a complete pipe. Because fitment depends on your specific bike, flanges, collectors, hangers, and tailpipes are outside scope — you source and fit those. To make final fitting easier, pipes can be delivered in 2 or 3 sections so you can do the last alignment on the bike yourself.
