We choose steel because it delivers the best balance between performance, durability, and workability for 2-stroke exhaust systems. Its natural flexibility allows us to shape precise expansion chambers that perform exactly as intended under real riding conditions.

Unlike stainless steel, mild steel is easier to form and weld without compromising fit or heat response, which is critical when fine-tuning power delivery. It also dissipates heat in a more predictable way, helping maintain consistent exhaust behavior.

Compared to titanium, steel offers a more stable and forgiving platform for custom fabrication, without the extreme cost and sensitivity that titanium demands. For purpose-built performance systems, steel simply gives us more control over the final result—where it matters most: on the track and in the powerband.

Each exhaust system is built as a focused, one-off project. We dedicate one production day per week exclusively to fabrication, allowing every build to receive full attention without compromise.

From the moment your order is confirmed, the process is carefully planned into our production schedule. Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks, depending on workload and design complexity. This ensures each system is properly designed, shaped, welded, and finished to meet our performance and quality standards.
